have been working for this company for nearly 2 years now, and from the beginning, I have had the opportunity to experience good work exposure. When I joined, I was new to this field and didn't expect to have such a valued work experience. I am truly happy with my time here and would highly recommend this workplace to anyone who wants to grow in their career and gain quality experience, especially in the field of sales.

They assigned me the responsibility pretty early. My real growth started from that point. Manager was there to support and build confidence in me. Today, I am handling a team. Even I cannot believe it. With the freedom given, I have initiated certain processes within my team. It was necessary I felt, and had discussed the same with the leadership. They gave the go ahead. It is working as my team accepted it sportingly. Thanks to them as well.

When there is need to handle multiple projects. Becomes a bit challenging, but you receive the assistance.

Have completed 5 years of service over here. Gained a lot along the way. Working with the top leadership on a regular basis has been a privilege. Never felt restricted due to the desired freedom provided. My managerial tenure has also been an enriching experience with lots of learning. Looking back, I genuinely feel that today I am both a better person and a better professional. Thanks for the opportunities.
