Good team. Every one in the team are supportive and happy to share their knowledge. Work life balance is excellent you couldn't see this kind of work life balance in any other org's.

Dislikes

The compensation and benefits are less when compared to other companies. You won't find any vending machines or little perk that you get to see in mid sized organisatiosns.

Dislikes

Salary hike and promotions are big concerns here. Managers always brings your PMR ratio and will say that you are not eligible for hike. There is no HR interaction and everything should through PM. If your PMR is greater than 1, you'll never get a hike in your lifetime. So join the company with high package and never expect any hikes further.

1. IBM as a global brand and the culture truly reflects that 2. Opportunities to learn new cutting edge technology 3. Work life balance to some extent 4. Very process oriented company - so things will move slow.

Dislikes

... is a big company, may old timers are there at the same designation for years 2. Minimum to no salary hike (you can't bit the inflation) 3. Sometime you will need to deal with workplace politics

...trictly enforced. No fixed hours to spend in office, that depends between teams. promotions and pay cycles depends on your importance and how good the team is doing in the organisation. managers are helpful and respectful towards employees in general. one have scope and opportunity to grow skills, contribute to open source, blogs, disclosures.

Dislikes

Internal movement between teams is almost always a fight. Often people are made to work in mixed bag of tasks/technologies, that might make one a jack of all trades and makes specialisation in one/some skillset go away.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Dislikes

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.
