Nothing, old employees staying in the company in their comfort zone 14-15 years with big ego.

Dislikes

Ibm policy No salary increase Nothing good No work life balance No good projects all are clean up activity No job roles peoples are out anywhere One of the worst workforce/resource management team i have seen in my exp. Even though you get client appreciation you won't get notified or awarded by ibm Worst project mangers and program mangers

...trictly enforced. No fixed hours to spend in office, that depends between teams. promotions and pay cycles depends on your importance and how good the team is doing in the organisation. managers are helpful and respectful towards employees in general. one have scope and opportunity to grow skills, contribute to open source, blogs, disclosures.

Dislikes

Internal movement between teams is almost always a fight. Often people are made to work in mixed bag of tasks/technologies, that might make one a jack of all trades and makes specialisation in one/some skillset go away.

Likes

Good learning and skills development opportunities. Attractive compensation for lateral entries. But compensation growth could become stagnant after that.

Dislikes

No shift timings for my project. Work Life Balance could go for a toss in few projects.

Likes

Great learning opportunities, lots of projects. Unlimited sick leave. Fair compensation. Good work from home.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic structure. No clear HR policy. Poor career growth opportunities. Poor mid level management.

Likes

It was a good company, but not anymore. Highly bureaucratic culture. No promotion, no hike. Poor strategy, poor management including CEO, lack of vision. Selling and spinning up their nice businesses.

Dislikes

Apart from work life balance and skills development, all bad.
