Salary on time. Even paid timely for bench resource without any salary delay.

Project management and organisation of work by manager was very poor. Was in US based project, the US manager used to make us work un IST as well as US timings. Daily status calls used to continue for atleast 2hrs with entire team, ultimately wasting time for many of the people. During production deployment used to made us sit even of weekends for months. After production release, released many people from the team to cut the project budget. For bench resources the internal project focus on resources with low salary budget irrespective of skill set. So in my case it was hire at high package to meet the production deadline and then fire the resource.

Over all good company to work with. You will get handsome compensation form your work, work life balance is also good however certain policy need to improve. Good learning opportunities

...work life balance. Poor increments even for top performers. Weak HR policies. Any changes which impact compensation are not disclosed and comes as surprise. Non transparency for key decisions. All power in hands of Senior Leadership Poor medical and health insurance

Learning - Genpact has great online courses, however, this can be negative at times too, as the 'people connect' is missing in online contents.

Dislikes

Genpact maybe ranking amongst the top companies in the world, however, work-life balance, compensation, growth are not words which can be associated with Genpact. Internal politics, perception driven ratings make things more toxic and definitely lead to unsecured jobs.

Work culture is good and people friendly organization.

Compensation and yearly hikes need to improve. Group Medical insurance into the base policy for dependent parents/parent in laws is not there as they are not considering parents/parent in laws as employees dependents. Only employees spouse and children are allowed in the base policy.
