    Dislikes

    IBM is totally manager driven company. If your manager is good, you must be lucky. Compensation is pathetic. You can not expect a decent hike. Everytime manager would give you the same answer that company is not doing so good and you should be thankful that you still in IBM.Your effort, hardwork do not matter. Most of the time Training is on freeze due to budget constraint.You do not have much opprtunity for on-site role. Micro management plays a negative impact on the employees. You should be well aware about the different policies to avoid an victim of office politics.

    There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

    Dislikes

    They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.
