Compensation is good but no hike. Lloyd's account have partiality and favourism as well no work from home for this account. Overall average experience.

IBM is an excellent place for learning n growing.The working culture n environment is very nice . This is an excellent place for women employee due to the flexibility option work from home in emergency time.I would like to work with IBM if get another chance

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.
