Low salary increments and promotions are hard to get.

1. Low yearly salary hikes (2-7%). 2. No cab facility provided. 3. Promotion process needs improvement. 4. Employee benefits could be enhanced.

Job Security Leaves policy Assignment of project in 2 or 3 months if you are on bench.

Even though you did well and received good feedback from your project manager, you would get a salary hike like 2 - 5%. Only getting promotions will help you to get a good salary hike. -> No cab facilities for men. -> No proper appreciation for the work you do. -> Work culture is very bad.
