Don't join this company if you have less than 4 years experience they mostly give you support or testing projects only And whenever their budget is exceeding they will fire you immediately I won't suggest this company for juniors and associates We won't get any subject from that projects

Dislikes

No transperancy between employees and management. If they will say that too in writing that you will get promotion and salary hike,they will not give. If you want to stay at the same salary for 3 4 years then join IBM.

Getting less salary than new joinees although staying good long duration . Ex : new joinee gets 4 lakh per annum Employees having three years also getting same amount like 4 lakh prr annum
