Experienced as a contractor in IBM, i like the work environment and culture, was a part of team that i feel very comfortable in work/personal with team members. it was the great opportunity work with the IBM. Am sure Employee flexibility is very reliable.

Company changed working hours plolicy without employee constent or salary hike. Earlier we use to do 9 hour plolicy including break now we are advised to do 10 hour including intervals. cafeteria food price and quality manager behaviour

salary , PF employer contribution not counted in CTC, per day 3 free tea or coffee, gives laptop, A/C office, per day 3 free tea or coffe

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

...en you attain certain exp and post. In Concentrix skill development is best . When compare with both companies you get both things salary and skill development at same time.

No HR aligned to project so for some employees it’s disadvantage as you have to sort all your problem with people manager. But for me things are perfectly fine ..
