Culture, management, job security and company policies are great. It is always welcoming to work, and work-life balance is easily achievable.

Dislikes

The increase in salary/appraisal policy is what needs to be worked out. For ex, a person joins in the same band as me, but he/she gets better salary, and I am still crawling near the lowest range. In fact, at times the difference is approx 70-80% between my salary and the new joinee's salary, in the same band.

Work culture is superb, work-life balance is good, there are a lot scope for your career developments.

Compensation benefits and yearly hike is low here compared to other organisations at this point of time.

No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

Dislikes

No appraisal no salary hike no band promotion, new joini will get salary more than you. No manager support, internal politics is also.

Pretty good work-life balance They do provide necessary resources and periodic skill growth targets

The hikes and pay are very low compared to the market standard They focus on work force enhancement rather than quality enhancement

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,
