Work culture is good at IBM. Company policies are followed as per the agreement with the client. IBM makes themselves a good service provider.

IBM need to work on compensation and upraisals for the employees

IBM has good work culture and ethics. All employees are treated equal mostly. Lots of channel available for learning new skills. Very flexible and relaxed environment and Job security is good.

Dislikes

Bad career growth, limited option of skill change. Very bad compensation and yearly increaments.

...trictly enforced. No fixed hours to spend in office, that depends between teams. promotions and pay cycles depends on your importance and how good the team is doing in the organisation. managers are helpful and respectful towards employees in general. one have scope and opportunity to grow skills, contribute to open source, blogs, disclosures.

Dislikes

Internal movement between teams is almost always a fight. Often people are made to work in mixed bag of tasks/technologies, that might make one a jack of all trades and makes specialisation in one/some skillset go away.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Dislikes

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Likes

No doubt working with prestigious organisation like IBM is a eye catcher. Company will force you to learn anytime. So you will learn a lot through, learning assignment , free premium udemy, wfh facility.

Dislikes

Only Salary. What you get at the time of joining , will be fixed. No increment in any manner. There is no standard to that. So make sure ,you ask higher. They will deny on this but it is true. It is not Limited to me having 3 yrs in IBM but others who has 7 years too has the same issue.
