Process oriented, vast pool of very highly skilled, well trained talent. large no of career opportunities internally, opportunity to work in large comex projects.

Dislikes

No or nil career growrh, single digit hikes and compensation not in line with market, okay skill decelopment program, almost nil employee engagement programs. big hierarchial system with large number of underperforming managers than required, red tape at its best.

There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

Dislikes

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

IBM provides a lot of learning opportunity,so you can pick a field that you are interested and grow yourself in that and ask for project in that field.

Dislikes

It's a good place to work and learn ,apart from the salary expectations.

... pressure or even make you struggle. Any time work from home., unlimited leaves., good compensation and perfect work life balance

Dislikes

Being in such a big org., you don't get to learn much or develop much unless your manager hand holds you at each step

Likes

Good learning and skills development opportunities. Attractive compensation for lateral entries. But compensation growth could become stagnant after that.

Dislikes

No shift timings for my project. Work Life Balance could go for a toss in few projects.
