Salary hike/ one time payments on an average is less unless there's a band progression.

...rity also good as compare to other companies. work environment is also better. and if all above points are good then how we can aspect good salary :P and learning and career growth mostly depend on self interest and in which project you are working.. not all project good for career purpose.

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

They considered me for H1b and filed my petition in 8 months after my joining

Dislikes

After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.
