IBM is an excellent place for learning n growing.The working culture n environment is very nice . This is an excellent place for women employee due to the flexibility option work from home in emergency time.I would like to work with IBM if get another chance

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Dislikes

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5
