Need Suggestion’s
I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January. I rescheduled the call, but I haven’t received any confirmation or reschedule mail from TCS since then. Could anyone suggest what I should do next? Also, if anyone could share #DataEngineer interview questions, it would be greatly helpful for my career.

Dislikes

There is no proper salary structure; When it comes to work the experience is counted but for salary they do not count the experience. They pay more for less experienced why hiring but do not pay better for existing employees. Management does not have abetter view of hardworking team at other locations.

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And there is no free medical benifits for employee and his family.

No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.
