Am I getting Lowball offer?
I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.

Very Political atmosphere, you will learn to understand politics at IBM

Dislikes

No salary hike, despite having PfMP , Pgmp , PMP , ACP, GCP AWS Azure architect certifications. I started with a salary of 73000 rs per month in 2016 in 2021 when I left the company, my salary slip showed rs.80000 per month salary . In almost six years only 7 thousand rupees increased. If you are not hard working skillful , you will not rise , you need to be part of lobby to grow in IBM BAND centric company , preference is given to band than skills which led to downfall of company

Work and organisation culture not good HR & management is not good Salary package is below par No Work life balance (might need to work long extended hours in multiple shifts with least support and no monetary benefit) No consideration given by management even if there are health concerns
