Need Suggestion’s
I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January. I rescheduled the call, but I haven’t received any confirmation or reschedule mail from TCS since then. Could anyone suggest what I should do next? Also, if anyone could share #DataEngineer interview questions, it would be greatly helpful for my career.

Dislikes

This isnt a company for freshers and youngsters. Career growth and salary hike wont happen here. Its best for middle management and senior management designations. The compensation and hikes for junior levels are too low. Its best to join this company as a manager

As a company IBM is one of the best companies in world. There is a great and huge opportunity to learn pretty much anything here. Inside or outside of project there are lots of opportunities to practice the learning. My management was good (depends upon project to project). Work life balance was good and as Sick leave is unlimited so if anyone has proof of sickness company will not interfere. Work from Home is also there (even before covid). So overall Everything is good.

Dislikes

Hectic work environment. (It's dependent upon your project and project management), Zero work life balance and here manager can ask you to work on weekends as well. Managers behavior is not good, they don't know how to speak with their team members, they shouts on you and you will the a lots of internal politics.
