Good learning and skills development opportunities. Attractive compensation for lateral entries. But compensation growth could become stagnant after that.

Work and organisation culture not good HR & management is not good Salary package is below par No Work life balance (might need to work long extended hours in multiple shifts with least support and no monetary benefit) No consideration given by management even if there are health concerns

IBM has a lot of learning opportunities and an excellent work culture. Very much suitable for women because of better work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary strategy is worst; so hike will always disappointing. Career growth will be too slow compared to other companies.
