When anyone got a best rating and after that no project has been assign. Then no salary hike. And for project it is very much bias. No experience or knowledge is needed only thing is how much you have link that help to get project. Workforce management is very bad here. Work force management doesn't have any information about the project. Afterall you can learn lots of things but not able to get any chance to implement in IBM. I have spend 10 years but last couple of month it is like a metal pressure is given after appraisal. No growth no hike after best performer.

Work culture and environment is good in IBM.here we can mutually Balence our personal and professional life. In IBM they will support employees personal problems. Management team is understanding never judge any employees based on their life style, even though employees weak in skills in respected role. Managers and team lead will help us to enhance our skills. IBM policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of one year before which we cannot resign. Job training is not given to new joines. Salary hike expectation is difficult in IBM.

No salary hike, they can't retain good employees if tgey don't give good hike. They offered me hike after I resigned, but I already made commitment elsewhere so ended my employment with them.
