Salary should be as per market standard for the employees who are attached with the organisation for long time.

... one of the best company. Lucky to be an IBMER. For job security it's wonderful. Work culture is good and teammares very friendly, helping nature, and they are providing good salary.

It is a good company for any graduate hire to start with. You will have ample of opportunities to learn and explore .But how we utilize the resources/trainings will depend on you.One good things is work life balance.

Poor hikes. Max salary hike you can expect is 8%. You can negotiate if you need you a better hike in performance call with your manager.But still its a great place to work :)

Ample learning opportunities. No strict timing like other companies. Job safety as many projects are available.

...always commits to unrealistic deadlines and the work load falls on team members. No satisfactory compensation or rise given to people with less experience. All depends on your manager and how good your are with him/her. Certain project are a pain like US telecom gaint account
