  • Skill development - Good

Dislikes

IBM Compensation is terribly bad. You can't get hike for 5-6 years, promotion is your luck. Work life balance is gone. Expectation from you is 24/7.Flexibility is also not there. attending call is not part of your work in IBM

There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

Dislikes

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.
