There is no variable component in CTC, everything is fixed.

This company doesn't have a long-term vision, surving on daily basis. Appraisal, salary is not on time, no work life balance. This company doesn't work on any solution of a problem, they just get rid of them in a very pathetic way. HR policies are worst, they're of no help.

...t they want to achieve Don't know - Why they hired me and troubled me to leave Salary usually paid late every month Bonus/Variables will never be paid....Just to show decent CTC - they have a component of Variable - which they will never pay EPF and TDS for Income tax - not yet paid for the entire FY2022-23 as of 1st Jun 2023

The company doesn’t have any good policies. I am really unsure what to give here.

1) There are no proper working hours 2) They make you work hard and pay you less. Though it might look good on the paper, what you will get in the hand is surprisingly terrible 3) No work life balance. They think they own the employees and literally put them through hell. 4) Weekends are not really weekends. Un-natural commitment to the Customers. No proper planning. If you are one of the higher management then it is Cool but if you are mid level or lower, you are done. 5) There are some practices here which cannot be deemed ethical. To top it all, they forced employees to come to office during covid times. We all know how bad bangalore is struck. If you get an offer here, please don’t join. It is not a good place.

...l apply Work from Home they will say we are not able to monitor so please apply leave Instead of Work From Home In the compensation they will provide something like skill development cost but forst you will have to show them the Passing Certificate then they will pay the Cost which is mentioned on the Bill you paid for the certification and that too you have to take permission from your manager and then his manager and them Vice President for Skill development cost reimbursement

...here feels like high school rules and timings you must maintain more than 8hrs. No bonus nothing. Work until unless you finish it.
