Everything , they lack everything. employees are fired at will....they are not paid their dues on time...the firing happens verbally and they refuse to provide anything in written

Sometimes back I got a offer for Senior Data Scientist Role, It was just a day to join the organization, the HR called me and told that we are not going ahead with you. Just a warning for the new joinee don't be allured by their false words.
