Here mostly it is seniority culture. You won't get much chance to learn & develop skills bcoz the upper management will not let you. Salary comes in time here. If you want to just work learn something and then move to other big/good company then it is okay or else you will just waste your time here.

Dislikes

Upper management will not let you learn and grow here. They will always put pressure here to complete their task via you and take credits for the work you do.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
