The pay is very low compared to the work they expect from us. The growth opportunities are very less and alot of politics is involved. If you're fresher don't believe your offer letter until they onboard you because they did onboard us on half of the CTC they previously offered.

Learning new skills, training to freshers Job security even in darkest times Work life balance will also be good for females specifically, Good company for lateral hires.

...freshers as the compensation provided is very less than the market standards. You’ll have to work at very low package if you plan to stay for a long time as a fresher.

...ow many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

I don’t like wipro because of no promotion no hike no project, LOP (loss of pay), communication gap between employees and their upper band colleagues, hectic and pressure, no job security, very limited salary, No project, bench policy, there are more multiple problem, this is the reason i don’t like wipro. Hope will improve in future.
