Company culture is good. Working efficiency is high . Appraisal and growth is slow .Career growth is slow.Policies are good .Traveling depends upon business. No Politics is there. Company is at present growing stage.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is high . I have to attend client call in evening and some times in to night.No any value an individual unique strength. I do receive appreciation call from client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.Some times i got pain due to some policies where i have done unknowingly mistakes .

Dislikes

Hvl is not good company for their employees. Employee is not sequre from his job. I have bed experience with HVL, I did not receive my PF amount after pf deduction in salary slip. HR department is not cooperative with staff.

Senior management direct involvement in the educating the ground staff and time to time monitoring.

Dislikes

Only disadvantage is that the middle management is never questioned or reviewed how they are handling their team.
