Company culture is good. Working efficiency is high . Appraisal and growth is slow .Career growth is slow.Policies are good .Traveling depends upon business. No Politics is there. Company is at present growing stage.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is high . I have to attend client call in evening and some times in to night.No any value an individual unique strength. I do receive appreciation call from client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.Som e times i got pain due to some policies where i have done unknowingly mistakes ....Read More

Work Details

Generally my work is slightly challenging as i have look after entire sales ,operation and admin on day to day basis without ant team support. One man army working culture.As long as i get to work closely with client it will be great learning experience.

Dislikes

Hvl is not good company for their employees. Employee is not sequre from his job. I have bed experience with HVL, I did not receive my PF amount after pf deduction in salary slip. HR department is not cooperative with staff.
