It was very horrible to explain my experience in Huron, i was there for 6 months managers don't have the minimum humanity they behave in very low level. I can tell strongly it's not a good place for the career development.

It was very horrible experience for me in HURON . I was there for 6 months really it was very hard days in my industry career. Managers don't have minimum humanity , HR says we have good policies but it's only for name sake. They are not ready to take the action on the cases which employee has raised with evidence , what's the use of policy on papers. ? Based on my experience i can strongly say it's not a good place to work. Managers are unskilled they are dependent on subordinates to take any strong decisions .

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
