Growth is very minimal, there are fixed employees or seniors who receives the appreciation and growth. Tech stack is old, Recently Work life balance is disturbed, Started compulsory Work from office for 3 days

It’s more like a family than a company. The founders look after the employees over anything else, they think employees and retention than just profitability.

Dislikes

Nothing really! Over the last 5 years, never found one thing to dislike.

Well structured work and very supporting environment. People here very supportive and professional. No extended work, no-one pokes you on holidays or weekends, very smooth work-life balance.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike here. Company is really focused with overall growth keeping it's employees first to grow together.

Likes

The company have free work environment and opportunity to learn and lead. Global client base and depending on projects, providing onsite travel opportunities as well.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high but you never get forced to attend office on weekends unless it is extremely necessary. I have worked on Saturday, i guess just twice in last two years and that is very less as compare to the companies of this size.
