The company culture is really good. A lot of perks like cab service, free food, medical insurance and facilities like access to gym in and outside office, can book swimming sessions at 5 star hotels for free, eye and detail care for free, order medicines for free for upto a certain limit and a lot more perks. Really good work life balance with proper corporate culture.

They do not give promotions easily in stores side of portcos If u get chance in dotcom portco then u are in peace.

The most important aspect here is work life balance .The management will definitely recognise your work and appreciate you through words and decent compensation too. Also, the organisation helps and encourage you to pursue your career objectives all the time. All other amenties are sufficient

Politics and macro management people get no opportunity and terrible HR management with zero accountability No deserving people wouldn't get anything and it was a good org not now!
