The job security is very good, they usually dont fire anyone and offer very good salary

The company culture is very bad, once you join forget about your personal life and family.The managers are usually guys with no technical knowledge whatsoever.Everything is monitored by Chinese people, they usually take credit of work done by us and sees Indians with a bad eye.Definetely its the worst company i have worked in my career of 10 years.

all good. good salay, good hike, plus point they provide bonus per 6 month we got 1.5 or 2 salary bonus. all good

nothing to dislikes. as however due to our hopeless government this company is not in india now. so, this is dislike only

Don't join as Contract Employee there

Dislikes

Insufficient pay, work won't be Good with that kind of work moving out from there is difficult. No work life balance. They won't give leaves even you worked day and night and even weekends. Learning will be poor. There is no WFH. They will give all junk work to Contract employees. Pay and Bonus are good for permanent employees.

No salary increments No value shown to Contract employees No policies to make employee a permanent even after working 5 years Organization uses inhouse tools, so no scope for learning new technologies No promotions and career growth

To be honest there is nothing good to look for here. Senior management think employees as donkey. Only the good part is you will get the salary in time.

Dislikes

Everything is bad except the in time salary, though the salary is comparatively very very less and it wouldn't meet your requirements or satisfaction. More work less salary.
