Huawei was a growing organization.. I had spent almost 7 years there, we have had a great employee intrections sessions, games, festivals , events, cross trainings etc slowly and steadily it has changed a big time

Dislikes

For third and fourth party employees there are no much growth...no benifits, no great appraisal ls, not good salary hikes etc

You can learn a lot, you can have freedom to express your thoughts.. no nonsense company.. you can escalate on senior director as well if something is wrong...

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, no job security.. less salary compare to industry standard..

As this was my first company I learnt about many things as how to work in mnc. How to prioritise your work. It was good working for initial.

Dislikes

Compensation was ok when I started, it was decent for a fresher but growth is slow. Its a third party payroll so your appraisal matters. Work life balance is decent, stagnant work.

Salary and bonus structure is good. Opportunities are more and onsite is also high Less politics among Indians, since it is managed by Chinese at top level

Dislikes

All management decisions are taken by Chinese, Indians are just to do the manual work No Technology transfer, lack of trust with management No work life balance

... or teammate. If you have good buttering skill you will enjoy your work journey. You will get the bonus definitely even if you're not performing well. If you're Female so just ignore all you will get you 👑.

I didn't like the work culture No perks & benifits for TP employees excluding Bonus even after given your 100% you will never get A grade you will always considered as B or less than B. 1- No transport 2- No Food Service 3- No medical cover ( if u not Hospitalized). 4- Parking Available but it's Chargeable. 5- Company rules & regulation will change for person to person.
