Like the work culture here, during the pandemic when other companies were struggling to pay their employees HSBC paid the salary to their employees without any salary cut. They try to retain their employees by helping them in every possible ways.

There is nothing that I dislike about HSBC.

...ng us do things what the line managers are supposed do which is not fair at all. Salary hike should be given not only looking at the performance the way how the agent is with everyone, how he or she in job, hardworker but no motivation given I'm not getting identified for the work I do. I got best efficient call taker for the entire management but no body knows apart from my manager no mail is sent.. HSBC is giving opportunity only for the person who is close to managers friends, party rocking people bickering people, not for the people who is hardworker and think job is like a god for them..

Not recognized for the work what your doing? No motivation given. No appreciation.. Not paid good for the work I do.. less increment , I have family I'm the only one who works , hsbc knows that very well still the hike is very less with that money I cant lead a family

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Company takes care of employees well, provides good hikes and bonus.

Dislikes

No career growth in the company. For an analyst has very less options to apply for next level that is Manager level. It could have been great if their was a segregation among Analyst like Junior and senior.

...e stand for yourself as there will be some people who will try to degrade you.Salary I feel what they pay in Hsbc is quite good and satisfying and there are chances they will send you to onshore in your performance is excellent.

Dislikes

What I dislike about Hsbc is there are icats which does not allow you to do non production work you will always on production code and nothing else is bad in Hsbc.
