Salary structure is good and transparent Mgrs are not very bad Leaves are also enough Ofc premise is also good

Dislikes

1. Legacy application 2. Nothing much to learn 3. Too many discussions in the name of agile 4. Monopoly of old employees 5. Holding back knowledge sharing 6. Pathetic Product Owners, just attends meetings, rest investigation and other analysis are pushed to Ba's 7. BA's does most of the work from requirements perspective but visibility is poor. 8. No Diwali or festive gifts

Nothing in particular did not gain anything was an absolute waste of time. No career growth no future and would not recommend HSBC to anyone.

Dislikes

...nce was nil. career growth was only offered to the favourites of the management. Initially they recruited experienced staff offering higher salary scales later increments and other facilities was not so grate. Work environment was acceptable but on the job experience was not valued and staff got stagnated.

If you are looking for Growth in work and Good work culture and work life balance then HSBC is definitely one of the best options.

Dislikes

Appraisals and Promotions are not good. Pay wise you may not feel satisfied ever. Good for 35 + people who are already in good carreer bands.

I wouldn't say dislike but may be a suggestion, I have heard from my colleagues that HSBC pay package is not very competitive, I am personally happy with the package.
