Transport facility was worst experience. Management is always involved in gossiping about who is doing what and how are people dressed. No work life balance, management knows that required number of people are not there but not ready to do anything about it. No market correction if u get promoted to next role and you will have to work 11-12hrs minimum to complete your daily work and you will not be compensated fully for that
