It's a big company and offers variety of job options based on skillset. Perks and pay is not bad.

However, quality of work is average and personal growth is too slow. Very manager centric work culture which may not be suitable for the high performing professional.

...efits are good. Can utilise the learning opportunity to set the carrier path . if u are an experienced person get the good pay while entering into HSBC. Coz u will feel comfortable in staying with the same company for long years,The pay will be increased in a gradual way on a performance basis,to keep up ur carrier growth u need to be flexible with the management decisions and ideas at times

To shine better you need to take more initiatives and learnings and u need to spend time apart from your work timings to learn other process.
