Salary is very less compared to other reputed companies and you only get 5-6% appraisals and even if you're promoted you only get around 10% hike. I've worked more than 5 years in this company but now my salary is very less, I regret working here. I thought that getting promoted will help in increasing the salary but it really didn't. Even at manager level I'm getting salary that is being offered at associate level.

Facilities are great. Compensation could be better. Work culture is excellent. People solution department is works for the benefit of employees. Job security is very good. Promotion opportunities are immense.

Opportunity to learn new things, take up responsibilities and up-skill yourself.

Salary and benefits not upto the mark as per market standards. Lacks timely promotions and no balance between authority and responsibility. You are expected to work in tight situation expecting a promotion but it takes a very long time for a growth opportunity to come through.

Salary on time, 10/10 Compensation on work from home eliments like internet bill and installation 10/10

Dislikes

Work pressure, increased working hours, electricity bill reimbursement, aha, furniture reimbursement not for us. Health issues have increased by sitting on plastic chairs for hours.
