I am working in COP. Most HDFC employee knows how terrible the work environment is. I have been working for 1.5 years and still, I did not receive any incentive. There is zero scope for growing up. There are multiple RM's who have been working for 6 years but there is no promotion. Yes there are few people in Kolkata cop who get promoted in manager post but there are very pathetic stories behind it. Here people do not judged your performance only if you can do something then only you will get promotion within 2 years otherwise no chance. But yes HDFC bank experience value out side to get job in other bank with good role. But virtual RM is nothing but a Tele caller .

Overall system is good. But no work life balance. Extreme pressure. There is no Sunday, like in Sundays and holidays the give us more pressure. Very bad for employees. I am suffering from Covid. Branch manager called me and asked to open savings account and doing business! Really? I hate it.

...llow! Only in theoretical approach they follow some rules, but not in practical. Apart from salary everything is bad. And I choose job satisfaction over salary. Willingly I will leave soon.

THE WORK CULTURE, NO SALARY BENEFITS COMPARED TO OTHER BANKS MUCH MUCH LOW SALARY, NO PROMOTION STRUCTION ALL THE POWER IN THE HANDS OF CHS, EVEN IF INDIVIDUAL STAFFS PERFORMS WELL STILL NO RECOGNITION GIVEN AT THE TIME OF APPRAISAL IF OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF BRANCH IS NOT GOOD!!! NO WORK LIFE BALANCE

Well let's get to the main point- MORE WORK LOAD AND LESS SALARY PLUS ZERO EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. And just to top it up horrible work culture, HR is as absent as a dead man!! Above all no work life balance! Can make one mentally sick

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.
