Some of the employees there are too supportive otherwise i could not be able to survive there at all. Yes i do learn things there, but apparently got pressure from the management.

Dislikes

Overall i can say that i had an average experience there. Compensation wise that was just okay. No incentive at all, fake commitments. Working hours are according to the Company Act. Lot of work pressure. An employee does not feel motivated at all nor his employer supports them.

I'm very much appreciate to work with HR,It will be my new life working with HR.i would love to work in this field collecting all the knowledge I got,and it will be a part of experience,I will give my best shot,

Understanding the job profile in the context and culture of the client organization for various mandatesSourcing candidates through various means Job Portals, Head hunting, References and internal data base repositories Screening the sourced profiles as per Clients Requirements Posting various jobs according to client's requirement Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their, Capabilities, strengths, limitations Responsible to handle clients independently, implementing and assisting in the development of effective recruiting strategies in order to attract and screen high quality entry level to experienced candidates as desired by the client Involve research and sourcing through various portals and websites, Identify and exploit various sources of databases Resume drafting according to the Company's format.Maintaining the database for the recruitment process and keeping track of all the selected candidates.
