Some of the employees there are too supportive otherwise i could not be able to survive there at all. Yes i do learn things there, but apparently got pressure from the management.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Overall i can say that i had an average experience there. Compensation wise that was just okay. No incentive at all, fake commitments. Working hours are according to the Company Act. Lot of work pressure. An employee does not feel motivated at all nor his employer supports them.
