I didn't find HR to be satisfactory and they also dont pay the salary on time there. In HR International one can be terminated from a job at any time and thy dont make final decisions promptly

They have Maximum numbers of holidays on Eid.

Dislikes

There is no rule for woman harrasment. This company hired many politicians as staff so all over you will see politics. If you are skilled and career oriented person with hard work. Then this place is not for you. After spending so many years your will find yourself on same position. There is no personal/professional growth.

Internal politics... HR don't have knowledge / power to guide the management. Playing games between higher management and not telling the staff opinions to the management. Minimum guys.. Don't want to implement the ideas.

Bad work environment and culture.management not proper.management like selfish not helpful for other.

Dislikes

Working environment is not better because there is not supportive employees and they wants to show you down always . because they wants to demoralise always because they do not wants other people to achieve growth.
