salary is too low when compared to similar product companies. and promotions won't happen according to your work. you will stuck in the same role even though you are performing exceptionally

...of all what every employee should have an excellent work environment to survive. Even though you are getting a salary that you wern't expecting, a good work place can give you the satisfaction . In HP you will get a whole lot of it. We never feels like we are working under pressure here. Interaction with colleagues and managers and all in good here. Company is having a very good culture that we can grow inside the company.

So far i can't see any cons apart from salary.

Got to learn a lot. Friendly environment and colleagues are really helpful. Frequent training are conducted which helps us to learn a lot of new things. Loved working in hp. Really good experience

Salary is a problem for many.And growth is a little slow.

All Team leads and mangers are very supportive and corroborative , in HP we have work life balance.

Dislikes

Specially for language specialist we do not have such a appraisal as others . negative point that we get appraisal only on basic salary not overall which is very less.

The work environment and the way we are treated by our colleagues and manager is really professional and friendly . Work life balance is good 😊 training period was amazing as we did learn and have fun aswell.

Dislikes

We don't get to learn something new. The salary is something which could have been better than what I was offered as a fresher. Career growth is slow.
