Not a disliking but being a small organization Horigine is conservative when it comes to compensation but I take it as positive learning to convince the organization that I am worthy by proving myself. And yes I was compensated to market standards once I proved my mettle.

Likes

It is a family owned small firm with no major competitive spirit so job at Horigine is better than sitting idle at home. Since its not a big brand so you can leave the job or if told to leave the job , just walk out without fear of losing an association with a big brand and loads of facilities.

Dislikes

...nly on 3 -6 month contractual job opportunities, no long term contracts or jobs. Pay package is calculated on hourly rates. They hire only immediate joiners who are ready to join within 5 days of interview. If employee discuss with HR (only 1 person) , they are bent upon to deduct wages even if it was a public holiday or election holiday.

Horigine is a trash company. Joining there will only result in damage to your career.

Dislikes

No learning, increment, and horrible bosses. Worst is CEO Hemanth Kumar. Problems starting from the top effect whole organisation.
