The young and new recruits were great to work with. The only good thing that I liked was, that I had the privilege for meeting and working with some new interns with great minds.

Dislikes

In my 20 years of corporate experience, I am sorry to say that Hoping Minds is the worst company to work with. I regret my decision of joining Hoping Minds

Some of the staff was quite good. Even tough some of the staff was not good but i cannot ignore the good teachings of exceptional teachers like Balwinder Sir for aptitude, Divya mam for full stack development and Sangeeta Mam for Personality Development.

ACCORDING TO ME THEY ARE NOT PROPERLY GUIDING TO THE STUDENT, IN IT SECTOR HOW HANDLE PRESSURE , HOW HANDLE THE ISSUES IN THE COMPANY THEY ARE NOT DISCUSS WITH STUDENTS. SO MOSTLY STUDENTS ARE NOT AWARE HOW THE COMPANY WORK. These things should be serious in future
