Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

Recognition People setting in global positions mostly Indians are running a mafia and have spolied the culture of otherwise a great company.

Its a completely Management driven organisation, HR has absolutely NO say in any decisions. Job security is terrible, employees are asked to leave in a 2 week's notice and top leadership is absolutely not approachable.

I worked for 5.5 years in Honeywell Madurai and it's totally waste of time in my life. Poor Management, HR, Politics in Manager. No Recognition. WASTE.
