Working with HW is good but i have lost a lot of money.. no salary hike for entire year, half pay etc.. very bad.

...tive utilization of people, no awards no rewards, extended wrkng hours.. no fun. Only wrk wrk and wrk that too for 0 hike n half pay.

Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Dislikes

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

Company have wider business network and flexibility in shifting to different process or project

Dislikes

Compensation is not good compare to market for internally promoted employees and for same position they hire external with higher compensation but not for existing employees with any market correction.

The company is open to ideas , innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of the wonderful team and each and everyone in the team helps to achieve the targets.

Compensation is decent but grow is very slow.
