Only the brand and pay. Totally crap work and a waste of career joining here

Join if you are ONLY looking for brand and pay. The quality of the work is pathetic. The JD would mention a lot of fancy high-end stuff like Deep Learning, big-data, NLP etc. But once you join the work is nowhere on those lines. They don't have any good projects. You would end up working in really basic projects, many of which even a business analyst with excel skills can do. I completely wasted the time here. Join here only to ruin your career.

Job security and challenging work, which keeps on adding feathers to your hat. Caz you keep learning and learning.

Compensation hike is ok ok.. and perks are very minimal when compared with competitors

Work life balance is good Will get recognized by leads and managers well. Preference will be given for innovations and new ideas which helps employees to learn new things

Promotions and salary will be less. It depends on project not overall honeywell.

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.

...y of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.

Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Dislikes

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.
