...ery small small work. Canteen Lunch and Cab facility are provided by company. Company will pay you well but work culture is very toxic and poisonous.

Dislikes

Very Long working hours and we will continuosly stay on overtime till 8PM, There are no Technicians here, we will have to do all difficult manual work on our own. Unnecessary work pressure from Japanese leadership, they will keep on asking to complete work on same day no matter deadline is far away. Only Honda brand name is big actual reality is very bad.

The managers here have minimal management skills and you can expect yourself working overtime for every other project you are working on. Taking leaves would also be a tough task in some departments. Promotions are difficult to get and won't be based on your work but on the number of years you have worked with the organisation. HR policies have also degraded a lot lately.

5 days working and you will get food in canteen (subsidized) If you will find anything good here , then you are the luckiest person. This is not a R&D , its a support office /company for Japanese persons to save taxes in the Name of R&D Expenditure

Worst working Culture , Micromanagement, Rude behavior of Japanese. No HR at all , only few persons for admiration work to look after Japanese. Indian are treated just like workers , No decision making power to Indians even at highest Ranks No value in Market for the persons who has worked here for long time For any activity to be done , you have to prepare a document , R&D works only on Paper work. Too many restrictions like smart Phone , electronic items are not allowed inside office Late working hours , min 10~12 hours a day If you want to grow as a R&D leader , then this is not for you No positive Energy in the environment 3 months compulsory notice period , HR treatment is very bad. No Exposure , only Japanese will get exposure , you will limited to your office premises only. If you know Japanese , you can rise in the ladder irrespective of your competencies Competent people don't stay , they switch job as soon as they realize the mistake. Flexi Hours here is a myth , this just to attract people to join.

Worst Management and There is lobby working Who don't see others to grow. Behaviour of service department is very bad specially Admin, Finance and HR and their lobby person. I don't need to Name them. They know very well. Company can't grow till these persons are working

No scope to learn new things. In some areas, Non technical persons leading core technical team. Only doing trading work. No core R&D work available. Only doing support work for Japan model. No further vision for HRID growth in terms of work quality & infra & test facility. Skilled manpower used in non technical works just to keep them busy. No utilisation of resource. HR Only make PPT & make process complicated. Major discison revolves around some old employees of company & they create politics. Process of work evaluation is complicated. Every year you need to take some new themes & your work is judged on that basis. Regular work knowledge is not considered. Employees are said to leave job during their evaluation meetings.
