Very slow in career growth & salary is not also justifying individual's overall experience. Transfer / Relocation policy is not that much exciting & HR processes are very much slow.

Being a Japanese company very punctual towards employee personal benefits like on time salary and increments etc

No learning, company is leaded by old Honda employees got positions due to long service & has no skill and not ready to accept new techonoly/changes. Using harsh word during shift meetings is culture, u can't get even a single Rs. Material before 3 month(standard procurement time)

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
