No Further Next level Promotions for Field members , everything is done by Head office people they don't promote field team managers , promoting very toxic culture on targets with no ground to earth analysis , Targets logic is zero , Every Quarter inititate any new initiative but without any analysis and then pressure the field team to do so like Customer Retention activities etc , Once it was Best 2W MNC to work & Now it has become worst , Sales Area manager are having all the luxury but Service Area managers are having nothing in hand.

1 . Salary structure is needs to be revised as market trade is high compared to HMSI. 2 . Politics is high and no career growth opportunity for new comers. 3 . HR faculty is very disappointing . Says something and does another thing. Very slow working. 4 . Number system is depends on buttering . No matter how much your involved and completing the work. Seniors doesn't appreciate your work , only buttering matters. 5 . Company's culture is getting adverse timely.

...s also transparent. There is a huge cafeteria also & gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are also fair & they give us good salary hike & bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a more work pressure & management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training, is not given to new joinees.
